I wish that I could reply personally to each of you, but the outpouring of sympathy, support and love we have received in response to Dub’s death has been truly overwhelming. The last several days have been difficult, but we have taken so much comfort in your comments, email and text messages, and we are so very grateful. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.
